Procedure Of linking to CITeXchange within
Corporate Packages "INVESTMENT ENVIRONMENT- Ő"
1. Issuing an order (edict) in the institution
about linking the main web-page to CITeXchange
(Internet-Exchange of Project Proposals and Investment/Financing
Offers) for possibility to register investors
offers and enterprises investment projects directly
on the main web-page of the institution and for
forming by the institution its own database of
investment projects and investors proposals. By
this order an authorized person is also appointed,
who will have a special access to information
about the projects, registered in CITeXchange
system on the main web-page of the institution.
2. Sending an official letter and application
for linking the main web-page of the institution
to CITeXchange system with the chosen corporate
package pointed out. An application example can
be seen : www.citua.com/text/zayavka.doc 3. Signing
an Agreement with "Centre for Innovative Technologies"
Pr. E. about granting an access and abonent service
in CITeXchange system.
4. Getting from the "Centre for Innovative Technologies"
Pr. E. parameters of linking of the institution
main web-page to CITeXchange database: 1)links
to the chosen projects types, 2) prefix of the
users login on this web-page, 3) parameters of
the institution authorized representative access
to the history of CITeXchange users registration,
who have registered in CITeXchange on the main
institution web-page and so on.
5. Adapting the web-site of the institution and
linking to CITeXchange database.
6. A date and time of applying is the date and
time of registration of the institution or organization
authorized person in CITeXchange system as a new
user. The linking is realized upon the originals
of official letter and application with a stamp.

7. The letter and application must be sent to

system (if necessary, the interface is three-language
: Ukr., Rus., Eng.) for the possibility to register
investors offers and enterprises investment proposals
directly on the institution main web-page and
forming by the institution its own database of
investment projects and investors offers.
2. Granting an access to CITeXchange database
to the institution for
- viewing all accessible information (except
official) concerning investors offers and enterprises
investment proposals, registered on the institution
web-page;
- working with other projects in CITeXchange
system with the status of GORIZONT Service Package
user;
- registering free of charge up to 5 Your own
investment projects or propositions soliciting
for investment;
- receiving information about interest to the
institution projects;
- publication of thematic articles of the institution
in the CITeXchange e-library;
- subscription to CITeXchange news.
3. Granting to the institution 5% bonus is:
- possibility to register free of charge in
CITeXchange system additional projects of the
institution in quantity 5% of the projects,
actually registered by users of the PAID CITeXchange
Packages, who have registered on the institution
web-page;
- granting 5% discount for advertising in CITeXchange
system to CITeXchange users, registered on the
institution web-page.
The Package is automatically cancelled if no
one of CITeXchange guests, registered on the institution
web-page, buys any paid CITeXchange Service Package
during the current month of the institution access
to the system.
