This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract
between You and the Centre for Innovative Technologies (CIT),
Pr.E. and applies to Your use of CITeXchange service and any
related products and services (collectively the "Service").
This Agreement affects Your rights and You should read it
carefully. We encourage You to print the Agreement or copy
it to Your computer's hard drive for Your reference. For additional
information about the Service and how it works, please, consult
also www.citua.com.
In this Agreement, "You" or "Your" means any individual or
entity using the Service ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated,
"CIT","we" or "our" will refer collectively to the Centre
for Innovative Technologies (CIT), Pr.E. and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors.
By clicking "Agree" or by making payment
for the Service You agree with the terms and conditions of
this Agreement, CIT
Privacy Policy, CITeXchange
General Terms and Conditions of Use and
any documents incorporated by reference. You further agree
that this User Agreement forms a contract between You and
CIT, and that this Agreement constitutes "a writing signed
by You" under any applicable law or regulation. Any right
not expressly granted herein is reserved by CIT. This Agreement
is subject to the change by CIT without prior notice, by posting
the revised Agreement on CIT Website. You may review the date
of last renewal and the current Agreement prior to initiating
access to CITeXchange services at any time using our User
Agreement link.
Service Package content and prices, discounts,
possible additional services are available at www.citua.com
and are an integral part of this Agreement.
SPECIAL USER'S REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of use of the Service, the
User agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete
information about the User as prompted by the registration
forms; and (b) to maintain and update this information to
keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information
provided by the User ("User Data") is untrue, inaccurate,
not current, or incomplete, CIT have the right to terminate
the User's access and refuse any and all current and/or future
use of the Service.

AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS TERMS.
