Technical Assistance Request is the request of capacity building support (including, but not limited, expertise, trainings, learning technology, special skills and methodology, scholarships, study tours) that is made by governmental or non-governmental organizations (or associations) from recipient country.
Within this TCDB Program the Technical Cooperation (Assistance) should fall into (but not limited to) the following assistance delivery groups:
· generating the opportunities for joint business development to enable effective delivery of Local/Municipal Investment and Export Development Programs implemented on the basis of public-private partnerships, and job creation;
· capacity building (providing expertise, trainings, learning technology, special skills and methodology, scholarships, study tours) for economic reforms on national and local levels, law enforcement and justice;
· environmentally sound industrial, housing and social infrastructure rehabilitation;
· advancement of scientific research and health care practices, and
· the development processes, which are aligned with priorities of Local/Municipal Investment and Export Development Programs in Ukraine.
